Samogar Plum is a fruit vodka with a soft, pleasant taste and aroma with hints of ripe plum. The juice squeezed from the dark plum fruit undergoes natural fermentation without the addition of yeast, thereby turning into a low-alcohol base for the future distillate. Further technology includes triple distillation in a copper alembic. Before bottling, the drink is blended with the purest, softened natural water and sugar syrup. Vodka can serve as an excellent aperitif, digestif, cocktail base, and is also served with appetizers, meat and fish dishes.
