Samogar Apple — fruit vodka with a mild, pleasant taste and aroma with well-pronounced apple tones. Vodka is made from ripe apples, one bottle of the finished product takes up to 5 kg of apples. The juice squeezed from the fruit undergoes natural fermentation without the addition of yeast, thereby turning into a low-alcohol base for the future distillate. Further technology includes triple distillation in a copper alembic. Before bottling, the drink is blended with the purest, softened natural water and sugar syrup. Vodka is recommended to be served as an independent drink, as an aperitif or digestif, used for making cocktails, as well as with dishes of traditional Russian cuisine: meat, vegetables, pancakes, pickles.
