With a straw yellow color, intense and elegant floral essences with hints of rose and licorice, this special sparkling wine gives scents of acacia, honey, pear and apricot. The white grapes are gently pressed and the must immediately fermented; the wine then receives its secondary fermentation following the Charmat method.
