Evan Williams Kentucky Straight Bourbon is full of character and simply done right. The result is a Bourbon that’s smooth, rich, and easy to enjoy. The color of the bourbon is medium Amber. The taste notes include oak, brown sugar, and caramel, 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, while the aroma is light with deep vanilla and mint. Charred oak barrels give the Bourbon its distinct color and rich flavor. From milling to distilling, every step is done right using local ingredients. New barrels are stored in our rickhouses and naturally aged for a minimum of four years.
